This place is fantastic! We have stayed at a good amount of rentals, and this one is at the top! The house was so clean. It smelled fantastic. All of the details from the moment you step in just help you hit that peace and relaxation of vacation! I couldn’t have dreamt of better!!

Brooke home was sooo beautiful and comfy also well stocked with everything you may possibly need to make the house a home. She was an amazing host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was great. The hot tub felt amazing the back yard was vibeee.. We couldn’t figure out the bon fire so s’mores was a no go but we did sit and have some good talks around the pit. We also got the chance to see some bears in the back woods area which was a cool first time sight to see in person. I highly recommend booking this home and I would book again if I ever visited again.

From the luxury soaps, shampoos, and conditioners to the soft, comfortable bedding and Dyson heating and air units in each room, this home was exceptionally comfortable and truly felt like home. The ranch-style layout was especially helpful for our family member on oxygen, making the space both accessible and easy to navigate. The living room and kitchen offered an open yet cozy feel, and the thoughtful touches - from the snack basket to the well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms - made our stay seamless. The bistro lights, fire pit, and hot tub were all clean, inviting, and clearly well maintained. The host, Brooke, is helpful and extremely responsive, the home is clean, beautifully designed and thoughtfully stocked for guests aged infant to older adults. For those traveling to Rocky Top Sports World, the location simply could not be more convenient. We would gladly stay again and hope to return the next time our volleyball travels bring us back to Gatlinburg.
